Programme guidelines.

By joining the XYZ Look Founding Creator Programme, you agree to the following:

01Represent XYZ Look Professionally. Create authentic, high-quality content that reflects the values of XYZ Look and represents the brand positively.
02Protect the Brand. Do not post or engage in content that could damage or misrepresent the XYZ Look brand during your partnership with us.
03Use Brand Assets Responsibly. Use XYZ Look logos, badges, images, videos, and other brand materials only for approved XYZ Look promotional activities.
04No Financial Transactions. Do not collect payments, sell services, or handle any financial transactions on behalf of XYZ Look. Direct all users to our official platforms.
05Refer Enquiries to Us. If you receive customer support, business, media, or partnership enquiries, kindly forward them to the XYZ Look team rather than responding on behalf of the brand.
06Be Honest & Authentic. Share genuine experiences and never make false or misleading claims about XYZ Look or its features.
07Content Usage. By joining the programme, you give XYZ Look permission to repost and use your approved content across our social media, website, advertisements, and other marketing materials while you remain the owner of your original content.
08Founding Creator Programme. Your commitment as a Founding Creator is complete once you have delivered the agreed content and post them on your social media accounts on various platforms according to directives or three months from the launch date. Outstanding creators may later be invited to join our long-term Official Ambassador Programme with additional rewards and opportunities.
09Positive Partnership. We value honest feedback. If you have any concerns or encounter any issues during the partnership, please contact the XYZ Look team first so we have the opportunity to resolve them professionally and shouldn’t be shared publicly.
10Our Goal. Let’s work together to inspire people to dress well, look good all the time, and never wonder what to wear again.
04 — The Fine Print · Part Two

Content rights & usage.

By participating in the XYZ Look Founding Creator Programme, you agree to the following:

01Content Licence. You grant XYZ Look a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to repost, reuse, edit, crop, caption, and feature your approved XYZ Look content across our social media channels, website, email campaigns, App Store assets, and other marketing materials.
02Advertising Usage. XYZ Look may use your approved content in paid advertising, including TikTok Spark Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertisements, and other digital advertising platforms for up to 12 months from the original posting date. Any use beyond this period will require your renewed permission.
03Content Ownership. You remain the owner of your original content and are free to publish it on your own social media channels in accordance with the agreed campaign schedule.
04Original Content. All submitted content must be your original work and must not infringe the rights of others. Please only use music, images, videos, and other materials that you are authorised to use, including content available through each platform’s licensed library.
05Partnership. Either you or XYZ Look may end the partnership at any time by providing written notice. Any content licences already granted before the partnership ends will remain valid for their agreed duration.
06Eligibility. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
07Updates to the Programme. XYZ Look may update the Creator Programme, rewards, or guidelines from time to time. Creators will be informed of any significant changes that affect their participation.
08Termination of Participation. XYZ Look reserves the right to suspend or end a creator’s participation in the programme if these terms are materially breached or if continued participation could reasonably harm the brand.
By submitting your application or reply to this email and participating in the XYZ Look Founding Creator Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Creator Programme Guidelines and Content Rights & Usage Agreement.
